01. The order

When do I receive my order?

  • For same-day delivery, place your order before 1:00 AM for deliveries within Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • For midnight delivery, place your order before 10:00 PM for delivery between 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM (available only in Abu Dhabi and Dubai).
  • Signature Flower does not guarantee exact delivery times for rural addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases, or cemeteries. However, we do our best to accommodate your requested delivery time if you mention it during checkout.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, you can call us right away at  to request a cancellation. However, if the order is already being processed, on the way, or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel or change it. Same-day orders are handled quickly, so changes are usually not possible once they’re placed

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an invoice automatically via email.
Please make sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the confirmation and invoice. If you do not receive it within a short time, feel free to contact us at for assistance.

02. Shipment

How much are the delivery charges?

  • Normal delivery charges are AED 10.

  • Quick delivery (within one hour) is available for AED 30.

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

If the receiver is unavailable or unresponsive, we can re-deliver the order the next day for an additional fee of AED 30 (in Abu Dhabi & Dubai). The same item in its current condition will be re-delivered. If the item’s condition is not acceptable, a new order will need to be placed.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You can mention your preferred delivery time in the Special Instructions field during checkout or select a time range. While we try our best to accommodate your request, exact delivery times are not guaranteed for locations like rural areas, hotels, hospitals, military bases, or cemeteries.

03. Returns, exchanges and complaints

Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately, all purchases made with Signature Flower are final and non-refundable.
Products and services cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is placed.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at info@signatureflower.ae.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you are satisfied.

Can I cancel an order if I’m not happy with the delivery time?

Orders that are already processed, en-route, or delivered cannot be canceled or changed.
Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be modified once placed.
